By requesting a commission, you, the customer, agree to the terms and conditions below:1.) USAGE:I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.These prices are for personal use commissions only. They may be used with credit for profile pictures, headers, or reposted on social media accounts.Commercial use (merchandise production/monetized products/etc) must be discussed upfront and will result in an additional increase equal to 100% of the commission cost.Use of commissions, whether personal or commercial, for NFTs, blockchain, cryptocurrency, or AI learning are NOT permitted. Violation of this will lead to a permanent blacklist for future work, total loss of rights to use artwork in ANY way.Commissions may not be resold/edited/traced/etc without explicit consent from the artist.Personal commissions may be displayed in the artist's portfolio work and/or on social media, either finished or WIP. If you'd prefer that your commission remain private, please let me know.For Fanart Commissions: I reserve the right to sell or make prints of fanart commissions unless otherwise requested. I will never sell commissioned OC fanart.2.) PAYMENTPayment is upfront via Paypal invoice. If payments are not received within 48 hours, the commission slot will be forfeited.No refunds are permitted unless 30 days pass without communication from the artist.Commissions can be cancelled with a full refund if the work has not been started yet. I will NOT give a refund after the commission has started.3.) REVISIONS AND EXTRASAll commissions will be digital and delivered in png/jpg format. If you require a certain canvas size, please let me know ahead of time.You will receive a sketch WIP when progress begins. All major revisions (requiring significant redrawing) must be made in the sketch phase (up to two). Additional major revisions will incur an extra fee up to 100% of the base price.Minor revisions may be made during the coloring phase or the final phase, up to three per phase. Any additional minor revisions over three will incur an additional fee.Additional characters are +75% of the base cost, with a maximum of two characters.Things that can incur extra fees include: Heavily detailed designs, wings, large props, etc.4.) EXTRA INFOCommissions take anywhere from 14 to 60 days.If you have a deadline, please tell me when you order. A rush fee of 50% will be added to the cost of the order for commissions with a deadline under two weeks. I will not accept rush orders with a deadline of under five days.Please, do not rush me! You may ask for WIPs, but pestering, harassing, rude, or aggressive behavior will result in a cancellation of your commission and a blacklist.I will not mimic another artist's style. If you have a particular image of mine that you'd like your commission to look like, feel free to include it in the form.

I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason without explanation.

These commissions come cheaper by limiting conversation. Give me a character and prompt or personality and I'll work with it without communication.
